Supplier-Supplied Data. Initial Provisioning Data corresponding to Supplier Parts (both initial issue and revisions) shall be transmitted to the Buyer through the Seller and/or the corresponding Supplier, it is however agreed and understood by the Buyer that the Seller shall not be responsible for the substance, accuracy and quality of such data.
