Common use of Supplier will refund to Buyer any sums which Buyer Clause in Contracts

Supplier will refund to Buyer any sums which Buyer. has paid to Supplier in respect of that Contract or part of the Contract which has been cancelled and has not been delivered or is not ready for delivery; and
