Common use of Supplier's Plant and Equipment Insurance Clause in Contracts

Supplier's Plant and Equipment Insurance. if the performance of this Agreement requires the Supplier to use, or provide for the use of, plant and equipment that will be used at the Site in connection with the Agreement, the Supplier must maintain or require the owner of such plant and equipment (except where the owner of such plant or equipment is the Company) to maintain insurance covering all loss and damage to the plant and equipment, for its replacement value.
