Common use of Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Schedule 2.20 attached hereto sets forth a true, correct and complete list of the names and addresses of the six suppliers of the Sellers which accounted for the largest dollar volume of purchases by the Sellers for the fiscal years ending December 31, 1994 and December 31, 1995. None of such suppliers has notified any Seller that it intends to discontinue its relationship with the Sellers.

Schedule 2.20 attached hereto sets forth a true, correct and complete list of the names and addresses of the six ten suppliers of the Sellers Seller which accounted for the largest dollar volume of purchases by the Sellers Seller for the its most recently completed fiscal years ending December 31, 1994 and December 31, 1995year. None of such suppliers has notified any the Seller that it intends to discontinue its relationship with the SellersSeller.

None of such suppliers has notified any Seller that it intends to discontinue its relationship with the Sellers.

None of such suppliers has notified any the Seller that it intends to discontinue its relationship with the SellersSeller or ration its products to the Seller.
