Common use of Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Suppliers. No supplier of merchandise to the Company or any of its subsidiaries has ceased shipments of merchandise to the Company or any of its subsidiaries or, to our knowledge, has been unable to secure the necessary supply of raw materials, adequately finance the production of goods ordered or maintain sufficient manufacturing and shipping capacity, other than in the normal and ordinary course of business consistent with past practices, which cessation could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Suppliers. No supplier of merchandise to the Company or any of its subsidiaries has ceased shipments of merchandise to the Company or any of its subsidiaries or, to our knowledge, has been unable to secure the necessary supply of raw materials, adequately finance the production of goods ordered or maintain sufficient manufacturing and shipping capacityCompany, other than in the normal and ordinary course of business consistent with past practices, which cessation could would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
