Common use of Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Suppliers. Section 4.13 of the Disclosure Schedule sets forth with respect to the Business (i) each supplier to whom Seller has paid consideration for goods or services rendered in an amount greater than or equal to $1,000 for the period between December 31, 2014 and November 29, 2015 (collectively, the “Material Suppliers”); and (ii) the amount of purchases from each Material Supplier during such period. Seller has not received any notice, and has no reason to believe, that any of the Material Suppliers has ceased, or intends to cease, to supply goods or services to the Business or to otherwise terminate or materially reduce its relationship with the Business.

Suppliers. Section 4.13 3.15 of the Disclosure Schedule Schedules sets forth with respect to the Business (i) each supplier to whom Seller has Sellers in the aggregate have paid consideration for goods or services rendered in an amount greater than or equal to $1,000 25,000 for the period between December 31, 2014 and November 29, 2015 prior twelve months (collectively, the “Material Suppliers”); and (ii) the amount of purchases from each Material Supplier during such periodperiods. No Seller has not received any notice, and has no reason to believe, written notice that any of the its Material Suppliers has ceased, or intends to cease, to supply goods or services to the Business any Seller or to otherwise terminate or materially reduce its relationship with the Businessany Seller.

Seller Neither of Sellers has not received any notice, and has no reason to believe, that any of the its Material Suppliers has ceased, or intends to cease, to supply goods or services to IGCD or the Business Practice or to otherwise terminate or materially reduce its relationship with the BusinessSellers.

Section 4.13 3.15 of the Disclosure Schedule Schedules sets forth with respect to the Business (i) each supplier to whom Seller has paid consideration for goods or services rendered in an amount greater than or equal to $1,000 for the period between December 31, 2014 and November 29, 2015 25,000 (collectively, the “Material Suppliers”); and (ii) the amount of purchases from each Material Supplier during such periodperiods. Seller has not received any notice, and has no reason to believe, that any of the its Material Suppliers has ceased, or intends to cease, to supply goods or services to the Business Seller or to otherwise terminate or materially reduce its relationship with the BusinessSeller.

Seller has Except as set forth in Section 4.12 of the Disclosure Schedules, Sellers have not received any notice, and has have no reason to believe, that any of the Material Suppliers has ceased, or intends to cease, to supply goods or services to the Business or to otherwise terminate or materially reduce its relationship with the Business.

Section 4.13 4.10 of the Disclosure Schedule sets forth with respect to the Business (i) each supplier to whom Seller has paid consideration for goods or services rendered in an amount greater than or equal to $1,000 500 for the period between December 31July 1, 2014 and 2015 to November 2930, 2015 (collectively, the “Material Suppliers”); and (ii) the amount of purchases from each Material Supplier during such period. Seller has not received any notice, and has no reason to believe, that any of the Material Suppliers has ceased, or intends to cease, to supply goods or services to the Business or to otherwise terminate or materially reduce its relationship with the Business.

Seller Company has not received any notice, and has no reason to believeKnowledge, that any of the Material Suppliers has ceased, or intends to cease, to supply goods or services to the Business or to otherwise terminate or materially reduce its relationship with the Business.
