Common use of SUPPLIES AND DOCUMENTS Clause in Contracts

SUPPLIES AND DOCUMENTS. Tenneco shall, pursuant to the terms of the Trademark Transition License, grant a license (on a nonexclusive basis) to Packaging and to each of the members of the Packaging Group to use existing supplies and documents which have imprinted thereon any of the Tenneco Trademarks and Trade Names to the extent that such supplies and documents were existing in the inventory of such member of the Packaging Group as of the Distribution Date.

SUPPLIES AND DOCUMENTS. Tenneco shall, pursuant to the terms of the Trademark Transition License, grant a license (on a nonexclusive basis) to Packaging and to each of the members of the Packaging Group to use existing supplies and documents which have imprinted thereon any of the Tenneco Trademarks and Trade Names Names, to the extent that such supplies and documents were existing in the inventory of such member of the Packaging Group as of the Distribution Date, as more fully described in Exhibit K hereto.
