Supplies and Furniture. You agree that in order to establish a standard and consistent delivery of Liberty Tax services, certain items must be used in the operation of the Franchised Business. You must use the items required in the Manual (e.g. client envelopes and folders, interview worksheets, interior signs sets). You are responsible for the cost of all items needed to conduct the Franchised Business including, but not limited to, supplies, furniture, equipment, leasing and real estate costs.
