Supplies, Equipment or Spare Parts. The Government shall not be responsible for furnishing any stores, supplies, equipment or spare parts over and above those on board the Obsolete Vessel at the time of delivery; provided, however, that all rectifiers, rheostats, junction boxes, switches, fenders, mooring gear, and electric cable used in the National Defense Reserve Fleet's cathodic protection system, and demountable crosswalks, if any on board the Obsolete Vessel at the time of delivery, shall remain the property of the Government.
