STANDARD EQUIPMENT. All items of standard equipment which are provided by the OEM shall be furnished unless such items are expressly deleted by the Authorized User or are specified to be other than standard in the Mini-Bid. When Optional equipment is specified, all components listed in the OEM’s data book as being included with the Option shall be furnished.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT. All items of standard equipment which are provided by the OEM shall be furnished unless such items are expressly deleted or are specified to be other than standard, either in Appendix C: School Bus Contract Documents, Number 2: Contract Pricelist, or by the Authorized User. When Optional Equipment or Additional Options are specified, all components listed in the OEM Data Book, or Contractor-Published Pricelist, if applicable, as being included with the Optional Equipment or Additional Option, shall be furnished.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT. The Train Operator has Firm Rights to use the Standard Specified Equipment set out below for providing Services:
STANDARD EQUIPMENT. The following equipment will be required for each Security Guard and Fire Safety/EAP Director and shall be provided by the Contractor at the Contractor’s expense:
1. An operable flashlight
2. Pen or pencil and watch
3. Memo book
4. Whistle If the Authorized User requires the following items, such items shall be provided by the Authorized User to the Candidate assigned and at no cost to Contractor. All items remain property of the Authorized User:
1. Building keys, where applicable;
2. Logbook;
3. Guard and/or Fire Safety/EAP Director Handbook;
4. General and special orders; and
5. Two-way radio/beeper (or other communication device).
STANDARD EQUIPMENT. Unless otherwise specified by the Authorized User, any parts, components, equipment, controls, materials, features, performances, capacities, ratings or designs which are standard and/or necessary to form an efficient and complete working unit shall be furnished. Any item not specified by the Authorized User but deemed necessary for the application of the Heavy Equipment shall be supplied and shall meet the industry standards.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT. When Optional equipment is specified, all components listed in the OEM Data Book as being included with the Option Shall be furnished. Example: If the standard Chassis comes with air conditioning, then it Must be included with the Chassis provided to the Authorized User. Air conditioning cannot be deleted because it was not identified as required by the specifications.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT. If Customer is leasing Standard Equipment from Sabre the additional terms and conditions contained in Attachment 2 apply to and are a part of this Agreement.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT. The contractor shall not require the ordering agency to procure specific, single- use equipment for the system. Instead, the ordering agency must be able to use either an asynchronous terminal with a modem, or any IBM compatible microcomputer with modem to access the system.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT. Any equipment delivered must be standard, new and unused equipment, latest model, except as otherwise specifically stated in the proposal. Where any part or the normal accessories of equipment is not described, it shall be understood that all the equipment and accessories that are usually provided in the manufacturer’s stock model shall be furnished.
