Common use of SUPPLY AND SALE BY THE SUPPLIER Clause in Contracts

SUPPLY AND SALE BY THE SUPPLIER. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, beginning on the Effective Date and continuing throughout the Term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall supply and sell to the Purchaser "CIP the applicable Delivery Site" the quantities of Metal determined in accordance with this Agreement.

SUPPLY AND SALE BY THE SUPPLIER. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, beginning on the Effective Date and continuing throughout the Term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall supply and sell to the Purchaser "CIP CPT the applicable Delivery Site" the quantities of Molten Metal determined in accordance with this Agreement.
