B1 The Services. The Contractor shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in the Specification and the provisions of the Contract in consideration of the payment of the Contract Price. The Authority may inspect and examine the manner in which the Contractor supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice.
B1 The Services. The Contractor shall provide the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with XXX’x requirements as set out in the Specification Schedule and the terms of this Contract. XXX shall have the power to inspect and examine the performance of the Services at XXX’x Premises at any reasonable time or, provided that XXX gives reasonable notice to the Contractor, at any other premises where any part of the Services is being performed.
B1 The Services. The Provider shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in the Specification and the provisions of the Contract in consideration of the payment of the Contract Price. The Authority may inspect and examine the manner in which the Provider supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice.

The Contractor shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Council’s requirements as set out in the Specification and the provisions of the Contract in consideration of the payment of the Contract Price. The Council may inspect and examine the manner in which the Contractor supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice.

The Prime Contractor shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in Schedule 1: Services and Schedule 1A: PTS; and the provisions of the Contract in consideration of the payment of the Contract Price. The Authority may inspect and examine the manner in which the Prime Contractor supplies the Services at the Premises on reasonable notice, provided that:
B1 The Services. The Contractor shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the PCC’s requirements as set out in the Specification and the provisions of the Contract in consideration of the payment of the Contract Price. The PCC may inspect and examine the manner in which the Contractor supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice.
B1 The Services. The Contractor acknowledges that the Client wishes it to provide the Services within the United Kingdom in order to ensure a fair, impartial and expeditious hearing process in anti-doping cases in accordance with the principles set out in the World Anti-Doping Code. The Contractor shall ensure that its delivery of the Services will be in keeping with the overriding principles of the World Anti-Doping Code. Timely provision of the Services shall be of the essence of the Agreement, including in relation to commencing the provision of the Services within the time agreed or on a specified date.
B1 The Services. The Contractor shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Client’s requirements as set out in the Invitation to Tender Document, Specification Schedule, as submitted in the Contractor’s Tender, and in accordance with the provisions of the Contract in consideration of the payment of the Contract Price. The Client may inspect and examine the manner in which the Contractor supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice.
B1 The Services. The Contractor shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in the Contract (including for the avoidance of doubt in accordance with the Specification, the ESF Requirements and the Provider Guidance) in consideration of the payment of the Fees. The Authority may inspect and examine the manner in which the Contractor supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Contractor shall implement the Implementation Plan to the satisfaction of the Authority and satisfy the requirement of clause C8.6 with effect from the Implementation Commencement Date in accordance with the terms of the Implementation Plan and in accordance with the timescales set out in the Implementation Plan and failure to do so shall be considered a Material Breach.
B1 The Services. If and to the extent so instructed by the Client, the Service Provider shall supply the Services from time to time during the Contract Period in accordance with the Client’s requirements as set out in Clause B1.3 and the provisions of the Contract in consideration of the payment of the Charges.
