Common use of Supply and Use of Information Clause in Contracts

Supply and Use of Information. 2.1. In consideration of each party supplying its Confidential Information to the other party and of the mutual obligations set out in this Agreement, the parties each agree: (a) to keep the other party's Confidential Information confidential; (b) not to use the other party's Confidential Information except for the purposes of the Project; and (c) not to disclose the other party's Confidential Information to any third party and to use reasonable endeavours to prevent any such disclosure except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.

Each party confirms that it and its Affiliates have the right to use reasonable endeavours disclose any Confidential Information that they provide to prevent any such disclosure except as expressly permitted by this Agreementthe other.
