Common use of Supply by Customer Clause in Contracts

Supply by Customer. 3.1 Prior to or immediately following the date of the Agreement the Customer shall supply to LB the Customer Information, together with full details of any hazards relating to the Cell Line and/or the Customer Materials, their storage and use. On review of this Customer Information, the Cell Line and/or the Customer Materials shall be provided to LB at LB’s request. Property in the Cell Line and/or the Customer Materials supplied to LB shall remain vested in the Customer.
