Common use of Supply Chain Agreements Clause in Contracts

Supply Chain Agreements. Contractor agrees to negotiate in good faith and execute any supporting contracts necessary that relate to Company’s supply chain agreements with its customers should any such agreements exist or come into force during the term of this Agreement. Such support includes, without limitation, confirming in writing to Company’s customers the provisions of paragraphs 24.14 and 24.14.1.
