Supply Charges. (a) The Supply Charge for each item of Sale Equipment will be the Purchase Price provided for that Supply Item in the relevant Quote. (b) A minimum order value of $250.00 applies to all orders for Sale Equipment. TEN is entitled to charge a $50.00 surcharge for all orders for Sale Equipment which are less than $250.00.
