Common use of Supply Contracts Clause in Contracts

Supply Contracts. the full benefit of all contracts providing for the supply of goods and services to the Business, subject to the Purchaser's review and acceptance of such contracts and agreements prior to the Closing Date; and

Supply Contracts. the full benefit of all contracts providing for the supply of goods and services to the Business, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, those supply contracts listed in Schedule 2.1(15) attached hereto, subject to the Purchaser's review and acceptance of such contracts and agreements prior to the First Closing Date; and;
