Supply Items; Services. The Supply Items and the SCADA System to be delivered hereunder shall be designed and fit for the purpose of generating electric power when operated in accordance with the Turbine Specifications, the OMS Manual, Prudent ElectricalElectrical Industry Practices and Prudent Wind Industry Practices. The Supply Items and SCADA System shall be new and unused and shall be free from Defects and free from defects in title. The Services shall be performed in a competent, diligent manner in accordance with Prudent Wind Industry Practices, Supplier’s manufacturers’ written requirements and applicable Governmental Requirements.
