Supply of Collaboration Products for Commercialization. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, GSK shall obtain supply of the commercial requirements of formulated, packaged and labeled Collaboration Products. Such formulated, packaged and labeled Collaboration Products shall be manufactured and supplied in accordance with all applicable Laws and current Good Manufacturing Practices. GSK shall be solely responsible for secondary manufacture, packaging and labeling of the Collaboration Product.
