Events Affecting Integrity or Reputation. During the Term, the Parties shall notify each other immediately of any circumstances of which they are or become aware of whereby the integrity and reputation of the Product or of the Parties are threatened by the unlawful activity of any Third Party in relation to the Product. In any such circumstances, the Parties shall cooperate to limit any damage to the Parties and/or to the Product.

In any such circumstances, the Parties shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to limit any damage to the Parties and/or to the Product.

In any such circumstances, the Parties shall use Diligent Efforts to limit any damage to the Parties and/or to the Licensed Products in the Field in compliance with applicable Laws.
