SUPPLY OF DOCUMENTS. supply to the Holder all documents dispatched by the Grantor to its shareholders or its creditors as soon as practicable after they are dispatched; • Supply of Information: supply to the Holder promptly such information in its possession or control regarding the business, financial conditions and operations of any Affiliates of the Grantor as the Holder may reasonably request; • Notification of Change in Authorized Signatories: notify the Holder promptly any change in the authorized signatories of the Grantor signed by a director or company secretary of the Grantor accompanied by specimen signatures of any new authorized signatories;
