Supply of FreeStyle Products. Subject to terms of this Agreement, ---------------------------- including without limitation Article 5, TheraSense shall sell the FreeStyle Products (Meters, Strips (pre-packaged in vials and boxes), Lancing Devices and Control Solution (each as defined in Exhibit A)) to Nipro in bulk.
