Supply of gas and electricity. The State authorises the sale or supply of gas, electricity and/or throughput capacity of the gas pipeline and the gas pipeline forming part of the Xxxxxx facilities by each of the Joint Venturers to operations carried on pursuant to the Iron Ore Agreements or any of them or the processing agreement (if any) pursuant to agreements entered into between the Joint Venturers or any of them and the persons carrying on those operations.
