Common use of Supply of Information Clause in Contracts

Supply of Information. You must submit all information requested by the Debit Networks, Processor or Member Bank, including but not limited to lists and mailing addresses of terminals. You shall not sell, purchase, provide, or exchange account number information in any form, including but not limited to, transaction receipts, carbon copies of transaction receipts, mailing lists, tapes, to any third party other than to your agents for the purpose of assisting you in your business, or to the Debit Networks, Processor or Member Bank, or pursuant to a government request.
