Common use of Supply of Information Clause in Contracts

Supply of Information. The Republic agrees to supply to the Underwriters for delivery to the Stock Exchange copies of the Final Prospectus (as defined in Section 5(a)(i)), on behalf of the Republic, and such other documents, information and undertakings as may be required for the purpose of obtaining such listing.
