Supply-Purchase Recommendations. On or before a specific date to be established by the Professional Problems Committees and the principal, the Professional Problems Committee may submit, in writing, to the principal or the principal’s designee, a suggested list of texts, instructional materials and supplies for students. The Professional Problems Committee shall ensure that recommendations for texts, instructional materials and supplies are specifically solicited from special education teachers, ancillary teachers, bilingual teachers and librarians and incorporated into the overall recommendations submitted to the principal. Text and supply allocations are limited to the available funds.
