Support Provided. 8.1 The Company shall, for the duration of this agreement, provide the Partner with the following: 8.1.1 access to digital sales and marketing material; 8.1.2 access to printed sales and marketing material (provided at low cost); 8.1.3 access to the Company online community; 8.1.4 regular e-mail-based updates on new products, services, market commentary etc.; 8.1.5 regular catch-up conference calls; 8.1.6 private video conference calls or face-to-face meetings to discuss performance, service issues and future plans. 8.2 The Company may in its sole and absolute discretion revoke or amend the support and services provided to and the Partner in terms of this clause 8 at any time and for any reason whatsoever. 8.3 No financial support (start-up, working capital and or trading capital) is offered to the Partner.

Support Provided. The Arwain funded Supporting Communities Development Officer helped by attending a Bowling Club committee meeting to answer questions relating to becoming a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, which is the governance structure other Bowling Clubs in Powys have adopted to limit liability to Trustees. The process of transition from the existing club structure to the new CIO, reporting requirements, and the roles and responsibilities of being a charity trustee were some of the topics discussed. Following the meeting additional support was given by an electronic version of a local clubs recently adopted CIO constitution being obtained by the Development Officer which saved Talgarth Bowling Club secretary a lot of work. An initial meeting took place between the individual and the Supporting Communities Development Officer to talk about different charitable statuses, and perhaps more importantly the initial steps that needed to be taken to get the project underway including feasibility, community engagement, and getting a team of people together to form a group to move the project forward. A discussion also took place on the advantages and disadvantages of different legal structures including CIC, CIO, Company Limited by Guarantee etc. A few weeks after the meeting the individual concluded that setting up a charity is not the best option for her, as she wants to generate an income from the project whilst at the same time being the being the main driving force, so is now looking at taking her idea forward as a business venture. By providing information on the steps that need to be taken in setting up and governing a charity the individual was able to make an informed decision that to achieve her aims setting up a business rather than a charity will be her best option. Support Provided. Repairs undertaken and parts supplied as part of warranty services under this Agreement shall be warranted to End Users in accordance with Section 3 above. Supplier will provide technical and break-fix support to End Users in accordance with Supplier’s standard support and maintenance terms stated at in Section 4.1. EMC will not manage or create any RMA requests, domestic or international, for Supplier Product. This will be managed between the End User and Supplier, at no cost to EMC (freight or otherwise), with no EMC involvement.

The case coordinator will consistently collaborate with all involved staff in order to define roles and responsibilities involved in the student I.E.P. (i.e. curriculum adaptation, record keeping, instruction, assessment, etc.) b. All related and supportive services and supportive/adaptive equipment must be available in the regular education classroom in the type and intensity level needed as stated in the I.E.P. c. If a professional disagrees with any decision made by the I.E.P. team, he or she has the right to submit a statement regarding that disagreement in the I.E.P. d. The regular classroom teacher may request a review of a student’s I.E.P. any time it is deemed necessary, according to governmental rules and regulations relating to special education. e. If it is determined by the I.E.P. team that a teacher assistant is needed for a student, involved staff will have opportunities for input regarding the selection of the assistant. f. Reasonable planning time may be scheduled for special and regular educational professionals to collaborate on educational and other issues which affect all the students.
Support Provided. To assist in resolving technical problems with the Services, Neural Alpha may provide telephone and/or online access to its helpdesk, or may provide self-help tools. Client will provide Neural Alpha with reasonable assistance and prompt access to Client's systems or its site. In providing support on Client's premises, Neural Alpha will comply with Client's reasonable security, health and safety, and confidentiality procedures that are provided to Neural Alpha in advance in writing.
