Support Services Fees. (a) The Fund shall pay the Advisor a fee (the “Support Services Fee”) equal to the annualized rate of .20% of the Fund’s average daily net assets. The level of the Support Services Fee shall be irrespective of the cost of the fees and expenses incurred by the Advisor under Section 2 above. The Support Services Fee shall be accrued daily and paid monthly.
