Support Services Warranties. The Supplier undertakes, warrants and represents to XL that where the Supplier or a member of the Supplier Group is engaged to provide work under this agreement or the LA , and the Supplier or the member of the Supplier Group is already obligated to provide all or part of those support and maintenance services pursuant to the Warranty Services, XL will not be required to pay for the proportion of work undertaken under this agreement or the LA (as the case may be) and which is covered by the Warranty Services.
