Common use of Support waiver Discount Clause in Contracts

Support waiver Discount. A Discount of 20% is given to Customers who waive all Maintenance and Support Services as set out in 2.6 of the Annex. If opting in for this Discount, maintenance and support will be given by Supplier on a best effort basis or on a time and material basis as set out in 2.9 of the Annex.
