Supported Platforms. Voilà! supports and is tested on the last two versions of the most popular web browsers, including Chrome (web and mobile), Safari (web and mobile), Edge and Firefox. It also supports the most up to date versions of iOS and Android. To make sure they can access Voilà!, clients are responsible for making sure their employees use up-to- date versions of a supported browser or mobile operating system. It is understood that Voilà! cannot support every past version of such browsers and operating systems, which could create security breaches or performance issues.

Supported Platforms. GWHK supports those platforms and associated compilers set forth on Annex 1 to this Schedule 1 (each, a "Supported Platform"). GWHK reserves the right to modify the list of platforms and associated compilers that it supports on a quarterly basis, provided, however, that GWHK will continue to support any listed platform until the date which is one (1) month following the termination of support for the listed release by the platform vendor. At the discretion of GWHK, GWPM may receive support services from GWHK for any platform other than a Supported Platform pursuant to a separate written agreement between GWPM and GWHK which may require additional payments by GWPM to GWHK in consideration of hardware and/or other costs and expenses necessary to provide such services to Customer. Supported Platforms. Where applicable, SBCTC will provide to the College a list of supported platforms and technologies (browser versions, settings, plug-ins, etc.). When SBCTC or its vendors receive requests for support where the user’s hardware and/or software does not conform to the standards published by the vendor, SBCTC shall, if resources are available, make a “best effort” attempt to assist the user. SBCTC is not responsible for errors created by third party software, flaws in the ANGEL code, or errors in the course content created by the College’s users (e.g. mistakes in faculty generated quizzes and tests).

  • Trading Platform 22.5.1 Subject to clause 22.6 all warranties, express and implied, as to the description, quality, performance or fitness of the purposes for you of the Trading Platform or any component of such Trading Platform are disclaimed and excluded. 22.5.2 We do not warrant or forecast that the Trading Platform or any component of any Trading Platform or any services performed in respect of any such Trading Platform will meet the requirements of any user, or that the operation of the Trading Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any services performed in respect of the Trading Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • Supported Wage System The Supported Wage provisions are set out in Schedule E – Supported Wage System.

  • Platform (a) The Borrower agrees that the Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make the Communications (as defined below) available to the Lenders by posting the Communications on the Platform. (b) The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Agent Parties (as defined below) do not warrant the adequacy of the Platform and expressly disclaim liability for errors or omissions in the Communications. No warranty of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of third-party rights or freedom from viruses or other code defects, is made by any Agent Party in connection with the Communications or the Platform. In no event shall the Agent nor any of its directors, officers, agents, employees, advisors, shareholders, attorneys or Affiliates (collectively, the “Agent Parties”) have any liability to any Borrower, any Lender or any other Person or entity for damages of any kind, including direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, losses or expenses (whether in tort, contract or otherwise) arising out of the Borrower’s or the Agent’s transmission of communications through the Platform, unless it is determined by a final and nonappealable judgment or court order that the damages were the result of acts or omissions constituting gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Agent Party. “Communications” means, collectively, any notice, demand, communication, information, document or other material provided by or on behalf of the Borrower pursuant to any Loan Document or the transactions contemplated therein that is distributed to the Agent or any Lender by means of electronic communications pursuant to this Section, including through the Platform.

  • The Platform THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” THE AGENT PARTIES (AS DEFINED BELOW) DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE BORROWER MATERIALS OR THE ADEQUACY OF THE PLATFORM, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ERRORS IN OR OMISSIONS FROM THE BORROWER MATERIALS. In no event shall the Administrative Agent or any of its Related Parties (collectively, the “Agent Parties”) have any liability to the Borrower, any Lender, the L/C Issuer or any other Person for losses, claims, damages, liabilities or expenses of any kind (whether in tort, contract or otherwise) arising out of the Borrower’s or the Administrative Agent’s transmission of Borrower Materials through the Internet, except to the extent that such losses, claims, damages, liabilities or expenses are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction by a final and nonappealable judgment to have resulted from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of such Agent Party; provided, however, that in no event shall any Agent Party have any liability to the Borrower, any Lender, the L/C Issuer or any other Person for indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages (as opposed to direct or actual damages).

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If ECI chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, ECI’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by ECI to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 ECI shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from ECI’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office ECI utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow ECI’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools Accessories, spare parts and tools dispatched with a piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle, which are part of the normal equipment and included in the price thereof or which are not separately invoiced, shall be regarded as one with the piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle in question.
