Supporter Sample Clauses

Supporter. All employees are eligible to advance to the highest skill levels (three specialties) within the Supporter category provided that they successfully complete the previous skill level and demonstrate ability to adequately perform the skill required. In the event that available training opportunities are limited, the most senior employee shall have first opportunity. Progression from Supporter to Operator shall be on the basis of seniority and will require the existence of a job vacancy in the Operator category.

SUPPORTER shall not assign any individuals identified as registered sex offenders to perform work or services at the University. Purdue University reserves the right to immediately remove any individuals identified as registered sex offenders from the University’s premise. SUPPORTER shall be solely responsible for any costs associated with background checks and/or remedies. Purdue University reserves the right to require that additional background checks be made on any of SUPPORTER and its subcontractor(s)’s officers, agents, employees or volunteers assigned to have access to the University’s premise. Supporter. When participating in an auction, Supporter agrees to use a valid authorized form of payment, such as a credit card or debit card (“Payment Method”). If any of Supporter’s bids win, Supporter shall authorize to have the Payment Method automatically charged for each winning bid.   • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.
