Categories. All personnel of the Logistics & Supply Business Unit, within the following work categories and in classifications as enumerated in Article 8.03, are covered by this Agreement. Nothing in this agreement prevents an employee from performing either on a day to day or regular basis, any function or task that is generally performed by any category, provided that the employee is competent to perform the work required. Any efficiencies attained out of this flexibility is not intended to eliminate a category.
Categories. 3.01 Employees who perform work under this Appendix shall be classified under one of the four (4) worker categories:
Categories. There are several separate categories of network components that shall be provided as UNEs by GTE:
(a) Network Interface Device (NID)
(b) Loop Elements
(c) Port and Local Switching Elements
(d) Transport Elements (e) SS7 Transport and Signaling 2.2 Prices. Individual UNEs and prices are identified on Appendix D attached to this Agreement and made a part hereof, or under the appropriate GTE tariff as referenced in this Article. Nonrecurring charges relating to unbundled elements are also listed on Appendix D.
Categories. The categories are as follows:
A) SPECIALIZED OPERATOR
Categories. The University shall maintain two categories of personnel files for each faculty member:
a. There shall be a pre-employment file which shall contain all materials requested or received by the University from persons other than the applicant in connection with the faculty member’s original employment. The pre-employment file shall be kept by the Human Resources Department and shall not be available either to the faculty member or to the committees and individuals responsible for the review and recommendation of the faculty member with respect to reappointment, promotion or tenure.
b. There shall be an official category of personnel files which is to be maintained by the Xxxx of the college of the respective faculty member. It shall be the only category of files which shall be available to committees and individuals responsible for the review and recommendation of the faculty member with respect to reappointment, promotion or tenure. It shall include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Information relating to the faculty member’s academic and professional accomplishments submitted by the faculty member or placed in said file at the faculty member’s request.
2. Memoranda of discussion between the faculty member and the Department Chairperson or administrators relating to evaluations of the faculty member’s professional performance. Copies of such memoranda shall be sent to the faculty member involved.
3. Personnel information other than that referred to in paragraph 5.01 a. of this Agreement. The Administration shall notify the faculty member within a reasonable time that such material has been placed in the faculty member’s file and the faculty member shall have the right to provide a written response.

Categories. Courses taken at an accredited institution are computed as one unit of credit or one point.

Committee/Task Force Involvement (for Hospital, District, Province, Union, Professional Organization or Association, Agency • Chair of a committee/task force that meets 9-12 times per year (20 points) • Member of a committee/task force that meets 9-12 times per year (15 points) • Chair of a committee/task force that meets 4-6 times per year (15 points) • Member of a committee/task force that meets 4-6 times per year (10 points) • Chair of a committee/task force that meets 1-3 times per year (10 points) • Member of a committee/task force that meets 1-3 times per year (5 points) • Telehealth Coordinator
Categories. The salary categories listed in this Article shall be applied as follows:
1. a. The Board requires the teacher to obtain an assessment of salary category from the Teacher Qualification Service.
