Common use of Supporting Documents and Information Clause in Contracts

Supporting Documents and Information. In addition to any documents, reports or information required by any other section of this Agreement, the Qualified Vendor shall furnish the Division with any further documents and information deemed necessary by the Division in the form requested by the Division to demonstrate that the Qualified Vendor is in compliance with programmatic and Agreement requirements. Upon receipt of a request for information from the Department, the Qualified Vendor shall provide complete and accurate information no later than fifteen (15) days after the receipt of the request.
