Supporting Terms Sample Clauses

The SUPPORTING TERMS clause defines additional provisions that supplement or clarify the main terms of an agreement. These may include definitions, schedules, appendices, or references to external documents that provide further detail or context to the contract. By incorporating supporting terms, the clause ensures that all relevant information is included and that the parties have a clear understanding of their rights and obligations, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
