SUPPRESSION EMPLOYEES ASSIGNED TO 40 HOUR WORK SCHEDULE. Any full-time regular employee who is assigned to a 40 hour work schedule in the Training, Maintenance or Administrative division (excluding TMWA) either temporarily or permanently, shall receive additional compensation in the amount of three dollars and twenty-nine cents ($3.29) per hour above their base rate.
