Common use of SUPSENSION Clause in Contracts

SUPSENSION. BPP shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend for cause the obligations and duties to be rendered under this contract for failure to comply with any terms of this contract and agreement by notifying Counsel in writing of such suspension, prior to the effective day and time of such suspension. Notice of termination shall be communicated to Counsel by BPP by certified and first class mail and, if practicable, by email or facsimile transmission.
