Common use of SURPLUS ACCOUNT BALANCE Clause in Contracts

SURPLUS ACCOUNT BALANCE. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Bank reserves the right to return to the Account Holder, in part or in whole, any amount received in excess of the Account balance, using a method of payment of the Bank’s choice, without prior notice to the Account Holder or additional authorization from the Account Holder.
