Surrender by Franchisee. Upon the occurrence of the events described herein for the replacement of Franchisee as possessor and operator of the Hotel, Franchisee shall surrender its rights and interest in the Franchise Agreement to Franchisor and peaceably turn over possession of the Hotel to Owner without need for legal or judicial process.
