Common use of Surrender of Books and Records Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Books and Records. Executive acknowledges that all lists, books, records, literature, products and any other materials owned by Employer or its subsidiaries or used by them in connection with the conduct of their business, shall at all times remain the property of Employer and its subsidiaries and that upon termination of employment hereunder, irrespective of the time, manner or cause of said termination, Executive will surrender to Employer and its subsidiaries all such lists, books, records, literature, products and other materials.
