Common use of Surrender of Books and Records Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Books and Records. Employee agrees that all files, documents, records, customer lists, vendor and supplier records, books, products, calculations, drawings, descriptions, designs and other materials which come into Employee's use or possession during the term of this Agreement shall at all times remain the property of Company, and that upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, Employee shall immediately surrender to Company all such materials.
