Common use of Surrender of Books and Records Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Books and Records. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Manager shall forthwith surrender to ▇▇▇▇▇ any and all books, records, documents and other property in the possession or control of the Manager relating to the provision of the Services, to this Agreement and to the business, finance, technology, trademarks or affairs of the Company and, except as required by law, shall not retain any copies of same.
