Common use of Surrender of Charter Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Charter. AFFILIATE may surrender its charter by delivering to AMCP written notice of its intention to do so no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of such surrender.

Surrender of Charter. AFFILIATE may surrender its charter by delivering to AMCP UCP written notice of its intention to do so no less than fourteen sixty (1460) days prior to the effective date of such surrender.
