Common use of Surrender of Confidential Information upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Confidential Information upon Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, including but not limited to expiration of the term, early termination or termination for convenience, Contractor shall, within five (5) calendar days from the date of termination, return to City any and all Confidential Information received from the City, or created or received by Contractor on behalf of the City, which are in Contractor’s possession, custody, or control. The return of Confidential Information to City shall follow the timeframe and procedure described further in this Agreement (Article 8).
