Surrender of Items. In case the Authority shall terminate the Contract under Article XI, Section 1(a) above, Contractor shall deliver to the Authority within twenty (20) days all finished or unfinished items of material, equipment and product as well as all documents, data, studies, and reports to be provided or prepared by Contractor hereunder. In the event of the failure by Contractor to make such delivery upon demand, then and in that event, Contractor shall pay to the Authority any damages the Authority may sustain by reason thereof.
