Survey Crews. The CONSULTANT shall perform all field survey work in accordance with the latest NJDOT Safety Manual. Special attention shall be paid to the proper placement of traffic control devices and flag persons and the need for retro reflective vests. Perform all field survey services in accordance with the NJDOT “Design Manual, Roadway”, as revised and the NJDOT “Survey Manual”.
