SURVEY LAND MONUMENTS. Survey land monuments and property marks shall not be moved or otherwise disturbed by CONTRACTOR until an authorized agent, of the agency having jurisdiction over the land monuments or property marks setting, has witnessed or otherwise referenced their location, and only then in accordance with the requirements of the agency having jurisdiction.
