SURVEYS, ABSTRACTS, TITLE OPINIONS AND CURATIVE WORK. A. If Lessee shall cause any of the exterior or interior lines of the property covered by this lease to be surveyed, Lessee shall furnish Lessor a copy of such survey. Lessee shall furnish Lessor, within a reasonable time, with a copy of all maps submitted to the Corps of Engineers of the United States Army, Railroad, or other governmental or official agency or department having jurisdiction, showing the proposed location of all roads, pipelines, canals and drill sites on the Leased Premises.
