SURVEYS, BORINGS, AND TESTS. 2.3.1 The Professional shall be responsible for obtaining a survey of the building site which shall include applicable grades and lines of streets, alleys, pavements, adjoining property, rights-of-way, restrictions, easements, encroachments, zoning, deed restrictions, boundaries and contours of the site, locations dimensions, data pertaining to existing buildings, utilities, other improvements, locations of trees, and information concerning available service and utility lines, both public and private.
