Surveys on Lay Up. Owner shall permit (or procure, if requested by Charterer) that an in-water survey of the hull is performed (a) each time the Vessel enters into lay up and (b) immediately prior to the end of any lay up period. The Vessel shall remain on-Hire during such survey.
