Injurious Cargoes. 28. No acids, explosives or cargoes injurious to the vessel shall be shipped and without prejudice to the foregoing any damage to the vessel caused by the shipment of any such cargo, and the time taken to repair such damage, shall be for Charterers’ account. No voyage shall be undertaken, nor any goods or cargoes loaded, that would expose the vessel to capture or seizure by rulers or governments. Grade of Bunkers
Injurious Cargoes. No acids, explosives or cargoes injurious to the Vessel shall be shipped and, without prejudice to the foregoing, any damage to the Vessel caused by the shipment of any such cargo effected at Charterer’s request, and the time taken to repair such damage, shall be for Charterer’s account; provided however that LNG shall in no circumstances be considered as an acid, explosive or injurious cargo for the purposes of this Charter. No voyage shall be undertaken, nor any goods or cargoes loaded, that would expose the Vessel to capture or seizure by rulers or governments.

Injurious Cargoes. No acids, explosives or cargoes injurious to the Vessel shall be shipped and without prejudice to the foregoing, any damage to the Vessel caused by the shipment of any such cargo on the instructions of PREP A and the time taken to repair such damage shall be for PREP A's account. No voyage shall be undertaken, nor any goods or cargoes loaded or transported, that would expose the Vessel to capture or seizure by rulers or governments.
Injurious Cargoes. No injurious cargoes, including acids that are injurious to the Vessel(s), are to be shipped.
Injurious Cargoes. (a) No acids, explosives or cargoes injurious to the Vessel shall be shipped. If such a cargo is shipped, any damage to the Vessel caused by the shipment and the time taken to repair such damage shall be borne by Charterer.
Injurious Cargoes. The Contractor shall ensure that no acids, explosives or cargoes injurious to the FSRU are shipped or loaded into the FSRU and, without prejudice to the foregoing, in the event of any damage to the FSRU caused by the shipment or loading of any such injurious cargo, the Contractor shall indemnify the Customer from and in respect of all time and costs of, or incidental to, the repair of such damage. No voyage shall be undertaken, nor any goods or cargoes loaded, that may expose the FSRU to capture or seizure by any Governmental Authority.
